M. S. Ramaiah Medical College
Ramaiah Medical College (RMC), formerly known as M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, is a leading private medical institution located in Bangalore, Karnataka. Established in 1979, the college is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and is recognized by both the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the National Medical Commission (NMC).
In 2025, RMC secured the 72nd position in the Collegedunia Medical Ranking and was ranked 25th among medical colleges in India by India Today.
RMC offers a wide range of programs including Undergraduate (MBBS), Postgraduate (MD/MS), Super Specialty (DM/M.Ch), Doctoral, PG Diploma, PhD, and Fellowship courses in Medicine and Allied Health Sciences. The MBBS program is the flagship course with an intake of 150 seats and a first-year fee of INR 25 Lakhs. For postgraduate programs, the seat intake is 168 for MD/MS and 56 for DM/M.Ch.
